1 when turned on,the electric valve, suposseto open the circuit betwin the vacum bottle end the rear axle vacum actuator(capsule).end close the secondari circuit( 2)
2 After theat ,when is shutt off, it closes the vacum circuit,end open's up anoter inside circuit (top cap near wiers) alowing the air to enter in the axle capsule disingaghing the diff.

At the engine vacum ,just the bottle recipient is conected, from the recipient vacum is conected too the electric valve, from the electric valve, to the axle capsule.
Tray to see wich plug off the electric valve chan succ airr from inside the valve end housing holes (when no power on the electric valve)this must bee conected to the axle capsule. the second one supose to be bloked off no air in tu it (vacum from the engine shud bee coneected there)

yes, it shood work like in the last picture you add.
1 Vacum engine
2 to 5 conected betwin with hose.
3 to 6 hose conexion.
4 it is air intake port for this circuit. ,shood had a round metalic restrictor with tread . ,some kind of filter,to not alow large pices of dirt to enter in the valve.

I will figure something for a filter. Btw engine vacum i can take from wherever i want right?
I will try to fix this tommorow. And i dont understand the conection between the locker and the brakes. I now have poor front brakes althow i changed almost everything. Btw before i started with the restavrstion the aro had great brakes. I changed disks hoses pads cylinders main cylinder from r19 servo and pipes... Must have done something wrong

vacum,yes,eweryweere. reear brake cilinders? youu bleed the sistem for air ,from back right weel ,left, front right,left in this order.?

Yes i changed the rear cylinders and shoes. I bleed the system but not in that order. I was bleeding it until i saw only fluid escaping the vents and the pedal was nice and hard. I am afraid that the system is not compatible with the main cylinder pump or i have wrong piping

the phump cilinder dimensions? aro 10 had 22 mm phump. later versions had 23.8 mm.
if you have a 19 mm master cilinder, that's the problem.
I hope you steel have the original distribuitor laying next to the original phump.
I'm repeating m'ysefl,you downt tuck as good the first advice,theat as to find a ford escort 1.6 16v 23.8 master cilinder end the vacum servo mecanism, end swap the fuked up phump.
In the aro 10 parts catalog ,there you have the brake line''s circuit/ master clinder end presure distribuitors.Check there for erors.

if by distributor you mean on the thing that was attached to the pump yes i still have that.
but i have changed the hoses now i cant fit that :(

i dont know the diameter i have a spare one out.. i will measure it tomorrow.

I changed too the good dam lines, but keped the distribuitor, bicouse the rear lines connects with the front lines in theat distribuitor, if the front circuit brakes lose fluid (hose failure),the distribuitor after a short time passes the fluid from the front to the rear brakes to stop the car,theat is the purpose of the distribuitor, on the distribuitor it's an electric sender on off tipe, to notice the driver, of brake failure.
Take picture with the phump.to see watt masterpice you came up too. %-(

if this is corect Задни Means rear предни is front http://i.imgur.com/JROZrbA.jpg
then, you connected the lines bad, like this in your pictures 1rear+ 1front in the back circuit of the phump,end 1 rear end 1 front on the front pump circuit.
watch the lines propely end conect them like in the rusian diagram , front 2 x front lines, rear 2x rear pipes.

This pump wil not work corectly on the car, becuse 1 of the rear lines is for spare , in chase that the front circuit is losing fluid, the distribuitor is sending all the phump pressure/hidraulic fluid thru te main rear line, end the auxiliar spare line.
In the rear braking circuit, undher the car in the back, are mounted 2 presure limiting distribuitors.
in this picure is with only a distribuitor in the rear, you mey have 2 in the back. monted on the chasy.

the rusian diagram,i mean your diagram.with the phump,rear,front ..

You need a floring tool ,end a cutiing divice to make the lines on the car, custom lenght ones ,with spare line. like the original. You chan barrow them from a low budget car service or somthing.
pump wit a line hole closed upp,with a purging bolt.
