Post by Maxim » 31 Jul 2008, 17:59

The installation of "new" BRASOV is completed. All works have required almost two months. Besides replacement of the engine, as well, I did the auditing the gearbox and tr.box, and  replaced ALL operational liquids.
About of liquids:
motor oil _________ BP Visco 3000 10W40
transmission oil ____TNK-BP 75W90 (semisintetic)
antifreeze_________COOLSTREAME (made in Russia)
powersteering______Dextron-III CHEVRON
brake sistem _______brake liquid DOT 4 (ROSA, Russia)
Common cost for the car  ~ 120 euro
About of the engine , I will write here; about gearbox and tr.box - in "TRANSMISSION".

Hi Maxim!

I'm not sure if the engine oil is good! It is too thin, Brasov likes a thick oil!

Perhaps because it's much colder for you there in Siberia.... but generally Brasov does not like thin oil. If you had no prolbems then it's ok
