Updated pic
Here is an update on the restoration.. New lights and a good polish.. I've also got my self an other 10.4 ( which i rescued from the scrap yard.... and i'm taking the radiator off that hopefully to stop the over heating. Wheel size increase soon ( i hope ) and then a winch for the front. I'm also looking into an elctric power steering from a ford or a voxhaul.. it might work

Good work on your restoration, Daniel!!...
Unfortunately, rescue old portaros from the scrap its what we almost do in Portugal...
About the power streering, please look the information on Maxim's topic.

Re: Updated pic
I would recomend this type of winch for your Aro: http://www.t-max.ro/en/off_road_series.php?tmax=ew_6500
It's light weight, realiable and not very expensive.
You may also consider some high quality free wheel hubs, made by AVM, for Aro 10 it's AVM model 411 .
