Hi!!! I am Michael from Russia! :D
I need help.

Spune-i pozhaluysata. Cum de a reglementa? Ce ar trebui să fie la distanţă. (loc cifra remarcat culoarea krassnym).

PS. http://translate.google.ru traduse. Ne pare rău pentru greşeli.!

The distance (A) between thrust-bearing (5) and plate-spring (4) don't have very much importance because there is not moving parts .This distance can be adjusted from the cable of the clutch lever(10),and i think there sould be few mm.

BTW, nice car you have.
Good work !

PS
The distance (B) its a standard one(for dacia 1300 series & ARO 10-11) I think,if you want, when I have time i'll measure it.

Thanks! I think too. The distance should be a few mm (about 1.5-2.0 mm)

see this picture. http://www.aro4x4.net/smf/download/file ... &mode=view. Why could be a great wear? may be because there is no distance?

Distance "B" is not so important, because that I already know the size of the disk clutch "Valeo" number of part: 263 120
Diameter: 170 mm
Number of Teeth: 20 pcs
Profile hub: 17,3 x15, 1

But I have several parts with different parameters:

"Luk" (№ 618017106)
Diameter: 180 mm
Number of Teeth: 20 pcs
Profile hub: 17,3 X15, 2

"SACHS" (№ 3000167001)
Diameter: 180 mm
Number of Teeth: 20 pcs
Profile hub: 17,4-20Nx15, 3

What size is correct??? ^:)^

Interesting design. Usually used bearings in this place.
What kind of material used for this part?

Bronze

about the clutch disc, diameter is correct in both cases, but differs depending on the type of engine. it measures the old clutch disc, or measures the flywheel, the stain left by the old disk, to obtain the correct type of clutch that you have.
