Is made in 1990... Middle repair in 1994...
Simply has died...Almost 400000 km (approximate without 15000 km)...
The tractive force was gone. Acceleration from 40 up to 70 (on 4 st.) for 18 seconds!!! 
The "new" motor is almost ready, but while no have cooling pump ( bad worked the suppliers of spare parts) .
In June I will be in holiday, I shall change the engine...
Removed, I will want made with large cylinders size...

Has bought last week Dacia Duster (probably, ARO 10) 1988 of release with carburettor engine Volvo in volume of 1,4 litres. Any information on this automobile I can not find. The previous owner has conceived tuning. I should finish something, not being beyond decencies... Do you have 1.4l from Volvo, with 72 hp?
As far as I know, the intake and the exhaust are oppositely on the cylinder head
I've never seen one, but I know just in theory

I've refurbished an Aro 10 too and I can share my knowledges if you need. Oh well, as much as I know

In during month (or more)as that not so normally function clutch. That worked normally, that not smoothly and with vibration.
On thursday the gearbox of transfers was periodically badly switched...
On Friday - through times, since from the morning... Per the same day, i towed light truck (2 tonne), on a dirt, up to asphaltes, approximately 5 km...
To Saturday, I moved to garage of my friend. I thought that the clutch master cylinder is faulty, but...

I rode my Aprilia motorbike from Romania to Magadan last summer (jully, August 2010) and passed Krasnoyarsk. Interesting city. Unfortunately I did not know about you and your ARO. Maybe can give you some parts or service manuals. My opinion is to look after a Toyota, there in Siberia are a lot. Have right hand drive wheel, and are cheap. You can go to Vladivostok and buy one. Drive it to transsiberian back to Krasnoyarsk, will be also a nice trip.

We will be in Krasnoyarsk for sure because is a lovely Pizzeria owned by a Russian chef trained in Italia. There was one of the nicest and tastefully pizza in my life. Is located in the downtown.
