stupid american needs help

hello and greetings to all, i live in america and just picked up a 97 aro 244 "hunter", it has the jeep drivetrain and 5 lug axles, it needs a front rotor, pads and possibly the caliper also. Was curious on how to find parts and what its interchangable with, i cross ref a part number for the rotor at a local parts store and it came up as a chrysler 6 lug? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks..
